Best Homemade Chocolate!

Great as a gift idea, and perfect as an after dinner treat, these quick & easy home-made chocolates are simply the best!

Best Chocolate Recipe Ingredients

250g (1/2 lb) cooking chocolate pieces (dark, milk or white chocolate is fine - or a combination)
1 small jar choc-hazelnut spread (ie, Nutella)
200g nuts, chopped
1 tablespoon copha

Best Chocolate Recipe Directions

In a microwave-safe container, melt the chocolate pieces with the copha. (I find that it takes approx 1 minute on 'high', but that would depend on your microwave.)
Stir melted chocolate and copha.
Add a teaspoonful of chocolate to the bottom of each compartment of an ice-cube tray.
Add half a teaspoonful of Nutella on top of the chocolate to make a second layer.
Spoon over another teaspoonful of chocolate on top of the Nutella to make the third layer.
Add a light sprinkle of chopped nuts.
Chill in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes to set.
Store in a cool, dry place.
