1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
¾ cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350F.

Melt chocolate and butter together, either in a double boiler or microwave.
Stir together melted chocolate and sugar in a large bowl, then add eggs and vanilla.

Next, stir in flour and walnuts.
Pour or scrape batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan, and bake for 35 minutes.
