Decadent Chocolate Mousse

Decadent Chocolate Mousse Ingredients
1 oz chocolate, chopped
½ cup water
3 tbs butter (real)
3 egg yolks
2 tbs sugar
1 ¼ cups whipping cream
Decadent Chocolate Mousse Directions
Melt chocolate in a double boiler, with ¼ cup water and butter until melted and smooth.
Let cool for about 10 minutes.
In a chilled mixing bowl, whip cream until very thick and smooth. Set aside.
Whisk egg yolks, sugar and remaining water in a small saucepan over low heat, for about 2 minutes.
Take the pot off the stove, and whisk in the melted chocolate mixture.
Put the whole saucepan over ice, and keep stirring until cooled through (about 5 to 10 minutes).
Carefully fold in whipped cream, and serve into individual dishes.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or even overnight before serving.
Makes 6 servings of mousse.
